Massive shade range XC80 helmets boast a massive shade range from 4-14 in 0.5 shade increments with shade 14 for high amperage flux cored welding applications. Ultra View Experience every weld in true colour with Ultra View technology that provides enhanced colour recognition and optimum clarity. OptiShade Technology OptiShade technology uses a dedicated intelligent 5th Arc Sensor to automatically adjust the shade range based on detected light transmittance from the weld environment. Gradual Mode This advanced feature smoothly transitions the ADF from dark to light state to minimize eye fatigue. Onboard Memory The onboard Memory lets the welder save up to 9 personalised settings profiles to use in different welding applications offering a versatile user experience. Large Viewing Area Features one of the largest viewing areas in welding helmet at 104mm x 104mm = 104mm² for an unrestricted view of the workpiece. The viewing experience is enhanced by 2 shade 5 passive side windows that offers an extraordinary panoramic view of the weldment. Passive side windows covers are also included with the helmet for welders who prefer slightly restricted view. High Responsivity The XC80 is equipped with 5 highly responsive arc sensors that make the filter switch to dark in roughly 0.1ms. External Control Module Switch between welding, grind and cut modes or adjust Shade, Sensitivity and Delay effortlessly with a tactile external analogue control module. Bluelight Cover Lens All XC60 helmets are fitted with an optional Bluelight cover lens that improves visibility and reduces eye strain. Auto-Darkening Filter The Arcmaster XC80 ADF is tested and certified to the most recent international standard ISO 16321-2: 2021 for optical clarity along with Australia & New Zealand 1338:1 & 1337.1 standard for optical clarity and high impact.
