FREE DELIVERY:

All items sitewide qualify for free shipping, including shipping to remote areas.*

We cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is a street address.

DELIVERY TIMES:

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, and should be delivered within the following timeframes:

Metro (Excludes Hobart Metro): 1-2 days
Hobart Metro: 3-4 days
Regional Areas: 3-4 days
Remote Areas: 6-9 days

CHANGE OF MIND:

It’s okay to change your mind – CIGWELD offers free returns for 14 days!

You can return your item if:

A return is raised within 14 days of purchase;
Item is unused and in its original condition & packaging;
Packaging is not damaged

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact Customer Care on 1300 654 674 and quote your order number. We will organize the collection of the goods and either provide you with a refund or replacement item.
