EXTERNAL PROTECTION.
Impact-proof – Robust Feed Pro’s double-walled design with special impact zones is perfect for enduring daily use in tough conditions. Drop it, drag it, throw it around – Robust Feed Pro can take it. Low friction, high durability wear surface – enables pulling the unit by the torch.
Weather-proof – Extreme elements are no problem for the Robust Feed Pro. Seals around doors and panels make it safe to stand the feeder vertical or lay it horizontal on wet ground. It works in freezing cold temperatures, and it is the only portable wire feeder with an IP44 rating for superior protection against dirt, mud, splashes, and even heavy rain.
Sun-proof – Robust Feed Pro will keep working in temperatures up to 55°C, and its bright front display is readable in even the sunniest conditions.
INTERNAL PROTECTION.
Shielded connections – Dual door design with access to wire on one side, while containing and protecting cable attachments on the other side offers Superior protection for the interconnection cable and all connectors inside the housing. Strong cable strain relief solution – allows lifting and dragging of the unit while protecting cables from being pulled from their connection points.
Shielded electronics – A dust-protected compartment protects the internal components even while the feeder is open, and special cable connections protect the feeder against short circuits in both the torch and the interconnection cables.
Fan-cooled – Fan Cooled gearbox with temperature sensor and warning shut off thresholds.
INTEGRATED GAS FLOW METER.
The Robust Feed Pro-OS comes with an integrated gas flow meter, allowing for quick gas flow adjustments and reducing gas costs and usage on short runs. This meter regulates the flow straight out of the torch and removes gas surge completely while also giving the welder ability to tweak flow from the feeder without having to return to the cylinder This works well with manifolds when many welders are working off 1 cylinder. Regulates each machine to reduce gas wastage and ensure gas flow can be customised to each welder.
HEATING ELEMENT.
The Robust Feed Pro-OS has a heating element that is ideal for humid climates (or extreme cold) by reducing reduce wire wastage, from moisture damage that can occur after 2-3 days of exposure to high humidity. The internal element heats to 60degrees –removing any moisture from the feeder compartment making it great for Flux-Cored Wire by keeping the ingress of moisture out of the flux.
SPARE PARTS STORAGE.
Smart Storage - Convenient storage of spare parts has been integrated internally within the Robust Feed’s door. This clever cavity design allows you to always keep spare parts secure and on hand.

User friendly LED lighting – The Robust Feed allows excellent visibility in dark environments with back-lit symbols on the front control panel and two LED’s fitted internally. One LED is positioned above the drive system and the other above the Spool. There is also a clear window on the feeder door to view the wire when the door is closed but the light is on.
Streamlined display – Robust Feed Pro – OS’s clear and bright front panel display contains only the most important settings, keeping the other settings well protected inside the housing. Easy-to-use controls – Large, distinct knobs and push buttons make it easy to operate the unit – even while wearing thick welding gloves.
Integrated gas flow – The Robust Feed Pro-OS comes with an integrated gas flow meter inside the unit, allowing for quick gas flow adjustments.
Onboard settings – Seamlessly control all weld settings right from the wire feeder, no matter where your power source is located.
Maintenance-friendly – Robust Feed Pro – OS’s design allows for quick access to the electronics and motor for easy service and repair, and the tool-less wire feeding system makes spool changeouts quick and wire setup simple. A short-circuit proof USB is also used for software updates, error logs and mobile phone charging.
Flexible performance – Works in both vertical and horizontal alignment with the ability to rotate the display 90 degrees to adjust your viewing angle. The horizontal wheel kit gives the feeder a low, stable profile.
