CIGWELD Promotions – Terms & Conditions

By participating in any promotion conducted by CIGWELD (“Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Promotions are open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 or above. To be eligible, participants must purchase selected eligible CIGWELD products from authorised distributors during the specified promotional period. Employees of CIGWELD, its related entities, retailers, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Eligible Products

Only selected items are included in each Promotion. Not all CIGWELD products qualify. Products not specifically listed as part of a Promotion are deemed ineligible and cannot be used to enter any giveaway or claim any redemption.

How to Enter / Claim

To enter a giveaway or claim a redemption, customers must:

  • Complete and submit a valid online entry form via the official CIGWELD website; and
  • Provide a valid proof of purchase and any additional information requested by CIGWELD.

Incomplete, incorrect, or illegible submissions may be deemed invalid.

Rewards

Rewards are available strictly while stocks last. All rewards are:

  • Non-transferable
  • Not exchangeable
  • Not redeemable for cash or credit

Verification & Claims

CIGWELD reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and claims. This includes requesting additional information or documentation. CIGWELD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any claim that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. CIGWELD is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage incurred during delivery.

Legal Liability

CIGWELD does not guarantee the redeemed or giveaway items or their quality, and CIGWELD shall not bear any legal liabilities for the consequences or losses caused by the use of these items. CIGWELD does not accept any liability relating to them and is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items under the Promotion.

Personal Data

The personal data provided by you will only be used for the purposes of notification, audit, record and verification of identity for this Promotion, and/or subsequent promotional events (if applicable). CIGWELD shall treat the personal data provided by you in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and with our Privacy Policy, which shall be amended from time to time.

General

Participation in any Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. CIGWELD reserves the right of final decision, including but not limited to amend, suspend, or cancel any Promotion, redemption and/or claims at its sole discretion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia; and any dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Victoria, Australia.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all CIGWELD promotions, unless otherwise stated.
