JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT A WELDER COULDN’T GET ANY SMALLER… WELL, IT HAS!
This little machine (Size: 255mm L x 105mm W x 142mm H) weighs in at only 2.7kg and is one of the lightest on the market, providing true portability for effortless manoeuvrability, perfect for site work, climbing up ladders or stairs, working in tight restrictive places and getting around hard to access job sites. The machine is designed to be SAFE, really safe, with a Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) built-in. The BlueVenom SV135 Nano also punches well above its weight and offers some big features you just won’t get in other machines this size or price range, such as STICK-Pulse and LIFT-TIG-Pulse, process improvements that allows the user to weld with professional potential. Talking about Pulse, lets break it down to see the benefits that PULSE can offer you with this machine.
Why is STICK-PULSE so good:
1. Fantastic for filling gaps or completing 1-sided penetration runs in Butt Welds, the pulse really controls the penetration burn-through.2. Vertical-Up welding becomes easier, with much greater control for filling the side-wall transition when weaving from side to side, this helps prevent undercut.3. Overhead welding transforms into a pleasurable task, that provides welds that look better, are more mitered in shape and the Pulse-Arc helps prevent the welds dropping down. Safety is improved because the reduced spatter ends back up in the weld, meaning less metal falls down as hot spatter, which means less chances of the welding operator getting spatter burns.4. Vertical down welds (butt and fillets welds) become easier to control as the pulsing helps freeze the slag so the weld metal stays clean with less slag inclusions forming.
Why is LIFT-TIG PULSE so good:
1. Is easy to use and set, with only 3 settings required, the Peak-Current you set/see on the LCD screen, then the Base-Current % and the Number of Pulses per second.2. The slow pulse settings makes it easy for welding root runs in carbon steel pipe or other butt-welds.3. The Fast Pulse frequency is great for welding thin gauge stainless and mild steels and helps to control the heat input to reduce distortion on thin section metals, like water troughs, urinals, sinks, tanks, pipes and food utensils.

PRODUCT TESTING
As part of our product development, CIGWELD rigorously test all the internal components of the welding machine and its external accessories. We make sure that the machines are not just fit for purpose, but will handle tougher than expected working conditions. Additionally, we also conduct weld tests on various common metals, using the expertise of our local technical team ensuring that the settings you use on our machines are tuned to local conditions.
