We are currently seeking a full time Customer Service Officer looking to further enhance their career with a reputable global organisation. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Leader, you will have exposure to all aspects of the business and be responsible for the provision of high quality and timely support to external and internal customers. This includes providing prompt and professional customer service to customers and end users.
Key responsibilities include:
- 1st call resolution management;
- Prompt response to enquiries by email and fax;
- Ability to do live chat and Facebook enquiries;
- Processing warranties and spare parts supply;
- Providing advice on price and availability;
- Managing general technical enquiries working closely with the Technical Service team;
- Frequent interaction with Sales, Warehouse, Brand, Finance and IT teams, external customers and end users;
- Manage, follow through and close off reporting pricing, delivery and order entry issues;
- Maintain a high level of professionalism on the phone, in writing and face to face contact.
You will be a high energy and dedicated individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service and solutions to customer requests, working closely with people and building rapport in a team environment. Ideally applicants will have had experience in demanding customer service roles, possess advanced Microsoft office skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to adapt and work in both a proactive and responsive capacity is essential.
