CIGWELD is on the hunt for potential ambassadors with a story to tell – We are looking for a variety of people and we are open-minded in our approach to hiring the right candidates. You may be a social influencer, or you may have a minimal online profile, what’s important to us is that we capturer a range of styles and skills. CIGWELD want to match our ambassador to the right product so we are looking at candidates from all over the country, male and female, young and old, and that includes apprentice welders and experienced boilermakers.
There are various criteria by which ambassadors are assessed. One of the main ones is your social presence.
Social profiles
A lot of followers is great, however, it’s not the only thing we look at. If you have great content or an interesting story to tell, then you will be considered even if you’re following is not great.
Social engagement
We are looking for ambassadors who can actively engage their audience and do it in a genuine way with consistency. You can take creative routes to promote our products and even intertwine them into activities normally held on your profile.
Photography / Videography
Although a social presence is preferred, it’s not required. If you are great with a camera and happy to email us your footage, then we will consider your application as well. Just make sure you send us some examples of your work.
Why you should become a Cigweld Ambassador?
We will match the right applicants with specific Cigweld and ESAB products. These products will be sent to you and will be yours at no cost. An ambassador will also receive a personalised product code to use when promoting our products. If your personal code gets used in a purchase, you may receive even more benefits, including discounts on future products, freebies or merchandise. This is a nice opportunity for ambassadors to gain extra benefits from their labour and is a way for Cigweld to say thank you for all your hard work.
What’s in it for us?
In exchange for the prestigious sponsorship, Cigweld asks that you post photos of our products to your social platforms if you have a social presence and that you send regular photos and videos for our reference. These are incredibly useful to us for many purposes such as usage on our social media platforms, our website, and advertising purposes.
